Provided for your convienence is a copy of our Auction rules.
Unless you present a current dealers license, vehicle tags will be removed from the vehicles. Oral auctions are held the first Saturday of each month, starting at 10:00 am. The Preview time is from 9:00 am to 9:55 am and is the time set aside to inspect the vehicles before the auction. You may walk around and visually inspect the vehicle. You may not get into any of the vehicles. Anyone found removing items from any vehicle before the sale or from any vehicle they did not purchase will be asked to leave the property and not allowed to participate in future auctions. Purchasers must be 18 or over with valid identification. B.C. TOWING DOES NOT WARRANTY THE CONDITION OF THE TITLE OF SAID PROPERTY, OTHER THAN THE RETURN OF THE PURCHASE PRICE, IN THE EVENT THE TITLE IS INVALID. SELLER EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE ABOVE PROPERTY. PURCHASER SHALL SAVE, DEFEND, AND HOLD HARMLESS B.C. TOWING, ITS AGENTS AND EMPLOYEES FROM ANY AND ALL PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE RESULTING FROM SALE, TRANSFER, CONDITION OR USE OF THE ABOVE PROPERTY. All purchasers shall observe all applicable Department of Motor Vehicle regulations relative to the transfer of motor vehicles. High bid will take the car. B.C. Towing reserves the right to be high bidder on all vehicles, but we must out bid you to do this. Bidders must increase the last bid by at least $25. All purchases must be made with cash or credit card. All car sales are as is. There is no warranty expressed or implied. Once you do not purchase a vehicle you are awarded high bid on, you will no longer be allowed to bid on vehicles at B.C. Towing.
